Do you have any 2020 goals to better understand your family traditions? Try new recipes? Read more books?

The start of a new year is a great time for reflection and setting new goals. There are many tips and tricks to setting goals – one I often reference are the 5 golden rules of goal setting by @Mindtools. The 5 Mindtools guidelines are easy to remember and applicable to many aspects of daily life.
Two of the most important principles ---- establishing goals that motivate you and writing your goals down.

So, in the essence of living what I type, below are a few of my #goals for 2020 –
Eat Healthier and Discover new Recipes/Foods – both health reasons and overall personal wellness. I tend to cook the same things, so I want to get out and try new and rediscover family traditional recipes every month #recipes #cooking
Read, Read, Read – make my @Kindle a priority again! #Amazon Kindle
Finish #Ancestry tree- I started a tree on Ancestry.com, and I want to finish at least one parental branch by end of the year. #genealogy
Travel locally more and visit at least one historical museum and bed and breakfast
I have several others, but I want to hear from you.
What are some of your goals for 2020? How do you keep on track with your goals?
